Morocco Method It’l <3 Wild Crafted, Raw, Vegan Hair Care Line Review
1November 2, 2013 by Living Girl Living Foods
After much searching around the internet and asking around I found a Raw Vegan hair care line! Morrocco Method It’l has been in business for roughly 40 years, their products are; raw, vegan, non-gmo, soy free, gluten free, no-SLS, cruelty free, wild-crafted, and made in the U.S.A. There are no sulfates, parabens, or chemicals. Most of the products have a seaweed and apple cider vinegar base.
Here is a link to Morrocco Method’s Store Locator tab for those interested in purchasing any products. There are select locations and of course you can purchase these goodies online. For those who do not live in the United States, there are a few other countries that sell Morrocco Method items.
The shampoos are based on the principles of the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether). Morrocco Method suggests rotating all five shampoos for the best results. There are wonderful descriptions of each shampoo that will most likely speak to the personality of your hair.
A major thing to keep in mind, honest to goodness natural shampoos like Morrocco Method are extremely low-sudsing and non-foaming. If you’re new to no-SLS shampoos and Morrocco Method, please take the time to read their guide Beginner’s Guide to Morrocco Method Products.

I would like to share with you all the hair care products I have tried by Morrocco Method. Today I will focus on the Fire Shampoo and Spritzer, and in roughly a week from today I will share information on the Zen Detox Hair and Scalp Detox and Earth Shampoo 😀
I am in love with the pumpkin spice smell of the Apple Cider Vinegar Fire Shampoo. I could feel an instant difference when I was brushing my hair and touching it. This product set the reboot button on my hair, now my hair looks and feels baby soft. Below is a photo of my hair with the shampoo in showing that yes this really does not foam.
The shampoo has a slightly grainy liquid texture to it and I personally like to use a little, lather, rinse and use a little more again. Since this is my first time using this product for the first week I will repeat using and rinse. I am guessing this is around the amount of time it will take for both my mental and physical self to be use to this product.
The Apple Cider Vinegar Fire Shampoo is pH balancing, is ideal for all hair types and happens to be the product I was the most resilient to believing was ideal for my hair. But the marketing director shared with me that this shampoo is the one most consumers are pleased with and now after trying it I see it. This shampoo nourishes, moisturizes, absorbs toxins while stimulating and protecting ones hair. In a week or so I will post another photo of my hair and this detoxing hair journey experience. Below is a before Morrocco Methods and after photos after just a day of use.
I have always been a less is more, Dr. Bronner’s for everything, stubborn New England lady and the idea of using an actual shampoo was a little scary. But my hair is thanking me big time and looks, feels and moves healthier. There is more volume to my hair, it has a more natural flow to it, it’s actually easy to brush for once and feels stronger ❤
I have to give credit to the Sapphire Volumizer Mist Conditioner and Moisturizer for this as well. This product can be used with wet or dry hair, it is excellent for all hair types, it restores one’s hair from anything from sun damage to synthetic coloring (just like the shampoos). The volumizer does not need to be washed/rinsed out, it is a leave-in product. It is naturally anti-bacterial, making this product ideal for those with scalp issues such as dandruff. Like the shampoos, the volumizer is pH balancing too!
I like to put my head down, mist twice and whip my head up like a rock star when I use this product 😉 Just in case I can give myself a little extra rockin’ tude and volume this way hahaha.
❤
Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who appreciates and understands that our hair, skin, our bodies as a whole absorbs what we apply to it as well as what is in our air. Using a plant based product like this made with love for all living creatures prevents our hair and scalp from being striped from essential oils. The toxins in the typical shampoos we see in the pharmacy produce heavy chemical residues that will be absorbed into ones body. Eventually this will have a negative impact on the brain, organs and glands. Just imagine what this could possibly be doing to our environment and water supply even.
Thank you Morrocco Method for making a product filled with love, care, consideration and beauty. I hope this helps those curious about this product and in a week or so I will be reviewing the Earth Shampoo & Zen Hair and Scalp Detox. Please feel free to leave me a comment if there is anything else you would like me to cover, or please send me an e-mail at livinggirllivingfoods@gmail.com. Thank you all for your time and for stopping by my website. Much love ❤ and raw power 😉
