Hi friends :D!

I have some green juice recipes to share that may not be the traditional green juices that some are use to. One is a green juice with zucchinis and green beans! I will be sharing if these items made a little juice or a lot and how I found their flavors to be 🙂

Summer Salad Inspired Green Juice

Makes roughly 14 ounces of juice

SummerInspiredSaladJuiceLGLF

1/2 cucumber

A quarter to a half of a lemon, rind removed

A small pinch of fresh parsley, roughly 2 tablespoons

1/2 of one small zucchini

6 green beans

Small handful of arugula

Small handful of spinach

A quarter of an apple for sweetness

Ginger & Turmeric (fresh and peeled) according to your taste buds

2-4 celery sticks

2 tablespoons aloe juice

Juice & Enjoy!

I found this to have the flavors of a nice cold soup or a not so boring salad 😀 I made this juice for a client who follows the Standard American Diet and they LOVED it!

A friend gave me green beans fresh from their garden and I typically do not have them around much. Right away I was interested in juicing them, seeing the process and tasting it! Green beans do not taste strong actually and they do not produce a large amount of juice or anything but a pretty good amount for being a hard green. Zucchinis also only produce a smaller amount of juice, their taste is even less noticeable.

Cucumber Lemon Cooler Juice

Makes roughly 12 ounces

1 small cucumber

1/2 lemon rind removed

1 cup spring water

1 tablespoon – 2 tablespoons aloe

I like to add the water through my juicer to get any bits of goodies that may be stuck in there but of course this is completely optional! Juice and enjoy 😀

This may be nice with a few fresh mint or basil leaves crushed or a little splash of sparkling water to make a more entertaining drink.

This is a bit of a short post but I just wanted to share some vegetables that have inspired me. Do not limit your creativity ever! Juicing, making food and buying your goodies should all feel excellent. Please enjoy yourself and experiment away 😉

I have mentioned this before but it honest to goodness helps to see a juice as a salad or may be a soup. What things pair well together? What color do you want? Do you want it to be bitter? Pungent? Savory? What is currently in season and fresh?

Thank you all for taking the time to stop by my site. Much love ❤ and raw power 😉
