Sweet Potato Juice?!
Sweet potatoes are an excellent course of; vitamin a, potassium, vitamin C, manganese, and fiber. We are all mostly familiar with sweet potatoes being a great source of beta-carotene, an antioxidant that helps prevent certain types of cancer and destroys free radicals. This is also how sweet potatoes get that magnificent color.
They are naturally sweet, making it easier to keep recipes simple and healthier. If you are interested in getting more ideas for juicing sweet potatoes check out my previous post where I share my Get Rooted Autumn Warmth Juice recipe. Sweet potato juice comes out very frothy, foamy and latte-like. Even after being juiced, like pears, it has a fibrous and filling product.

Super Duper Sweet Sweet Potato Juice Recipe
1 carrot, peeled
1 small sweet potato, peeled
1 orange, peeled
1-inch, more or less according to your preference, peeled ginger
1/2-inch, more more or less according to your preference, peeled turmeric
1/2 lemon, rind removed
Optional, add half a cup of water since these items juiced makes around 1/2 a cup of juice
Juice & Enjoy <3!

I like how carrots and oranges have a similar taste to sweet potatoes. Between these three and the turmeric the juice produced has such a vibrant orange glow.
Root vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, beets and so on usually need the juice to be stirred. Even when something is juiced the fibers and anything citrus or higher in water do not mingle well in a juice. It’s only for appearance and to have a constant taste and smoothness to your drink though! Have no fear 😀
Hope you all are having an excellent week. Thank you for stopping by my site! Much love ❤ and raw power 😉
