Some times it may seem impossible to “make time to be healthy,” but as harsh as this sounds if we all do not make the time now, we will be literally paying for it later. We may seem healthy now, but later things may show that over the years illnesses have been building up from the lack of care.
Fast Food originally was going for a stroll and picking fruits, herbs, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Now our fast food has become something that should not even be considered food. It’s a science experiment, mystery food and cheap for a pretty good reason…because there is no energy or anything to truly gain.
We have one life, one body and a lifetime to live an action packed life if we so choose.
Carefully choose which way you would rather “spend your time” you life and energy. All of your actions create an energy, what you put out there will come back to you in some shape or form.
Today I made two juices now to make up for breakfast and running around all day. I would rather have a juice that may be was made an hour ago, possibly lost a few nutrients but it’s still alive with energy, nutrients and is made out of something that I can easily list to someone. There are no mystery ingredients, pesky additives, food coloring, thickeners or so on. This is real fast food!

On the right: Simple Bitter Sweet Greens
Sassy Tomato Juice
Slither of jalapeno, I kept the seeds in for an extra kick
1/2-inch turmeric and ginger (optional)
1 heirloom tomato
1 handful parsley or your favorite herb (basil, oregano, thyme, tarragon, rosemary, or spice like curry)
1/2 lemon, rind removed
4 celery sticks
1 handful beet tops
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 small zucchini
Juice and add spices if you would like! ❤ I recently made a juice almost identical to this one but with more herbs and spices, please check it out if that sounds interesting 🙂
❤
Simple Bitter Sweet Greens
1/2 a small bulb of fennel
1 green apple
1/2 lime, rind removed
3 handfuls of arugula
A little bit of dill
This juice was so sweet, warming, and even had a slight limeade-like taste from the healthy lime I picked out. Sometimes I like making juices like this that all happen to have a very similar shade of green. It seems so simple, and should be, but the flavor that is packs reminds me of the summer time without using any “traditional” summer foods.

Yesterday for breakfast I made this quick vibrant meal and it just looked too beautiful to not share with you all. This is another simply, delicious, and warming recipe.
Grapefruit Mango Warming Tango
1 red grapefruit, peeled and slices cut in half (easier to eat and totally optional)
1 mango, peeled and cut into easily bite slices
Measurements according to your preference: fresh vanilla bean, Earth Powder by Health Force Nutritionals (cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices & roots), fresh ginger, fresh turmeric
❤
I hope this gives you all some ideas on snacks and or juices to pack to be prepared to keep things juicy! Part of staying full and keeping everything flowing is to stay hydrated. Fruits, cucumbers, celery all have loads of water. Please feel free to add water to your juices too so you have more juice.
Also, I did not forget about my cleansing/detox book post, I’m just trying to actually shorten it up a bit and there is a book I am reading that I want to make sure is truly worth mentioning before putting it on here. Thank you all for stopping by! Much love ❤ and raw power 😉
