9 Veggie Garden Juice Recipe

October 7, 2011 by Living Girl Living Foods

Well, my internet has been crashing so I’m writing up this post on my mobile phone! :X I tested out a new juice this morning and am completely in love. I’m addicted, it haunts me throughout the day and the energy boost it gave me was heavenly!

9 Veggie Garden Juice:

Level: Easy

Tools: Blender, Juicer& Mincer

Time: 20-25 minutes

Blended Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes (I used heirloom tomatoes but it doesn’t matter)

1/2 small bunch of parsley chopped up (I put this is a coffee mug and chopped it up with scissors)

Leave this in the blender. The below ingredients will go in the juicer, then add to your blender ingredients. Depending how frequently you juice you may want to strain this, it’s rather thick. I recommend adding the garlic, flakes, ginger and salt afterwards 😀

1 quarter of a small red cabbage

1 medium beets

3 medium carrots

1 large cucumber

4 pieces of kale (I used curly kale)
8 pieces of green leaf (romaine works too!)

1 small head broccoli

1 small red pepper

Lemon and lime according to taste (I used a little less than half)

Sea salt

Kelp flakes

Dulse flakes

Garlic minced

Ginger minced

var _gaq = _gaq || [];
_gaq.push([‘_setAccount’, ‘UA-35594760-1’]);

(function() {
var ga = document.createElement(‘script’); ga.type = ‘text/javascript’; ga.async = true;
ga.src = (‘https:’ == document.location.protocol ? ‘https://ssl’ : ‘http://www’) + ‘.google-analytics.com/ga.js’;
var s = document.getElementsByTagName(‘script’)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);
